The photos that help most
You don't need to clean up or stage anything. Phone photos of the house as it is today are perfect:
- The front of the house from the street.
- The kitchen and each bathroom, one wide shot each.
- Any damage: roof leaks, ceiling stains, cracks in walls or the slab, water or fire damage, mold.
- The HVAC unit and water heater, including the label if you can reach it (it shows the age).
- The electrical panel with the door open.
- The back yard, fence and any outbuildings.

A local cash buyer can look over the photos before calling you, so the first conversation is shorter and the written offer can come faster. Photos are always optional, and you can send them from the offer form or by text.
